Come Join our FamilyContribute to the financial and operational performance of the property byA: Maximizing occupancy by ensuring quality completion of service requests and make readiesA: Controlling expenditures pertinent to their department A: Maintaining aesthetic appearance of the community at all timesA: Managing resident/prospect relations effectivelyA: Positively contributing to the assetA?s online reputation and brandA: Knowledge and ability to perform electrical, plumbing HVAC, appliance, drywall repairs/replacementsA: Utilizing preventative maintenance techniques to ensure the asset is performing at itA?s peakA: Maintaining of inventory of stockA: Completion of daily service requests and monthly logs in a timely and organized mannerA: Participation in team building activitiesA: Conducting business in compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and in accordance with Nolan Real Estate Policies and Procedures and federal and local regulations and codesA: Additional duties as required QualificationsA: A minimum of 1 year as a maintenance technician in the multifamily industryA: HVAC Type I and IIA: CPO CertificationA: Must be able to lift 80:100 lbs. on a regular basis, walk the property including stairs, and work with heights and in adverse weather conditionsA: Valid dl and reliable transportationA: Must be able to work flexible hours to include night/weekend call dutyA: Must be able to pass background check Other considerationsA: Computer literate A: Proficient in MathA: Excellent Interpersonal Skills
