It is at the core of everything I do and every decision I make. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for answering inquiries promptly and efficiently, and disseminating information about the agency. My commitment will include:Establishing and maintaining effective and efficient systems for electronic work flow and communications to ensure the continuity of quality patient care is delivered.Assisting with daily operations of the agency including coordinating and maintaining communication between Clinical Supervisors, clinicians, and patients or caregivers. Qualifications: Education: Associate Degree preferred.Experience: One (1) year experience in a health care setting.Skills: Requires interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff and directs patient requests appropriately. Knowledge of medical terminology required, Medicare and Medicaid guidelines preferred. Able to demonstrate problem-solving skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to operate computer equipment, fax and photocopy machines necessary.
