Provides technical assistance and operational support to BUNN customers both over the phone and in person.Receives telephone calls from customers and provides technical assistance and operational support for all BUNN equipment.Determine warranty coverage for applicable BUNN municate with customers in a professional manner to resolve service and product related issues.Provide product analysis information so corrective action can be implemented.Travel as required for installing, maintaining, trouble shooting, repairs and customer training. Becomes knowledgeable about water chemistry, coffee brewing processes and beverage equipment operation.Actively participate in Quality Improvement Teams.Performs other duties as assigned. Associate Degree or vocational training in electrical/mechanical areas or related experiencePrevious experience in customer service requiredPrevious experience with Espresso equipment preferredDemonstrated ability to trouble shoot, repair, and service electromechanical equipmentMust be willing and available to travelCFESA certification; Bunn Certified Technician statusRefrigerant handling certification and experience repairing refrigeration devicesPossess the ability to communicate both verbally and in writingExcellent telephone mannersWorking knowledge of computers, including Windows and Microsoft applicationsGoal orientedHighly motivated and self confident with a positive attitudeStrong organizational skills
